Finish Strong

Being a disciple is about following Jesus, being changed by Jesus, and joining Him on mission. Through Paul's final letter to Timothy in 2 Timothy 4, we encounter the authentic words of someone who is finishing their race well. Paul's words carry weight because they represent his last recorded communication, making them profoundly significant for us today. He charges Timothy—and by extension, all of us—to preach the Word in season and out of season, to stay on mission regardless of life's circumstances. We're called to persevere through difficult seasons, to live out our faith through action, and ultimately to finish strong—whether we've been following Jesus for decades or just beginning our journey.
